Episode 83: A New Beginning
Interview segment – Karen Schultz – Chicago area City Director for Refuge for Women
It’s the beginning of a new year. And so many of us with good intentions make New Year’s resolutions. The resolutions are usually centered on having a better life – to be healthier, more prosperous, to have solid loving relationships with others or to change jobs … those are some of the typical resolutions that we set.
Today we take a look at God’s Word and see how God instructs us to have a better life – A New Beginning!
The interview segment is with Karen Schultz the Chicago area director for Refuge for Women. Refuge for Women is a national network of restorative after care homes for women who have been sexually exploited and trafficked. Refuge for Women offers women a safe place to heal and start over. Prior to joining Refuge for Women, Karen served on the staff of Fox Valley Church in West Dundee for 15 years.
